No part of society has been left untouched by the Covid-19 pandemic but the impact on the NHS and the healthcare workforce, both those working within the NHS and those training to be the clinicians of the future has been particularly pronounced.

The aim of this project is to generate insight from the AHP sector to facilitate and support the spread of innovation in relation to clinical placements, as part of the sector’s response to Covid-19.

HEE can only do this by engaging the collective brilliance of the AHP community from across the UK and further afield and bring key interest groups together with a focus on sharing innovation and insight, particularly in relation to clinical placements.

To help us achieve this we will shortly be launching an online workshop to consider a number of key questions in relation to AHP placements and how to overcome the challenges presented by Covid-19. All the feedback will be captured, analysed and shared widely in the AHP community so that we can innovate together.
