On Wednesday 11 November, NHS England and NHS Improvement launched this year’s ‘We are the NHS’ campaign, a recruitment campaign to increase positive perceptions of, and pride in, working for the NHS.

Building on the successes of the previous two years, the campaign highlights the rewarding and diverse range of roles available within the NHS, focusing specifically on careers in nursing, allied health professions and health care support workers.

The campaign aims to motivate people to embark on a career in the NHS.

Employers are encouraged to use the official campaign assets, including the TV advert, alongside any posts and use the campaign hashtag #WeAreTheNHS on social media.
